Hi, Marcos!
Congrats on the interview you so well carried out with Agus! Here is the link to it, I didn't have to edit it, since it sounded so very natural and fluent....;-)

I forgot to say that all this things are very easy to find in any supermarket. Except for the gun, for this one you'll need to have some kind of permission. Delete Comment

Well, I've just finished the task, the exercises were very interesting, specially the listening one. I got a 100% in all the exercises so I'm very proud of myself =).
If I had to pack a 72-hour Emergency Kit I would carry:
A flashlight, very useful if you want to see at night or to find things you want.
Matches and well, I don't remember how this things are called but they are used to light fire up instantly.
Water, mate, cofee, this other thing used to boil water, and some crackers. If you want to survive you'll need to eat something.
A tent, and a sleeping bag. And also a very important thing to take is repellent for mosquitoes.
Sunscreen if you don't want to return totally red, and obviusly soap, shampoo, deodorant, shaving razors and anything you need for being clean.
If you're going to the woods you should take a gun, or, if you are a little more pacific, take some noise-maker tool in order to avoid having an undesirable encounter with an animal.
Take warm clothes, you never know what's going to happen.
OH! and don't forget to take something were to put all that stuff!
I hope this will be useful for you!
