Do you know what Web 2.0 is...? Find out!

Social Networks Do the names MySpace, Facebook, Orkut, etc. ring a bell? They probably do because they are some of the most popular sites on the internet today. These sites are all called 'social networking' sites because they help people meet and discuss things online. Each of these social networking sites has its own strengths: MySpace is especially popular among teenagers, Facebook is popular with college age people, Orkut is especially loved in Brazil, and CyWorld is the site to visit… Continue

A STORY YOU WILL LIKE

The World's Toughest Exam Rather than take the final then, they decided to find their professor after the final and explain to him why they missed the exam. At Georgia Tech (we've also heard this from Duke), there were four sophomores taking Organic Chemistry. They did so well on all the quizzes, the mid-terms and labs, etc. that each had an "A" so far for the semester. These four friends were so confident that the weekend before the finals, they decided to go up to the University… Continue

PRACTICE ON ENGLISH TENSES

Hi, dear students! You asked me for further practice on English Tenses, remember? Well, if you go here, you'll find a page with exercises on Verb Tenses, and also many other links for further practice. In fact, as much as you want! Enjoy! Rita

Hi Rita!
Hello please to meet you, My name is Seong-beom from Korea. I now collect different ideas of different people.

Whether you know or not, Korea now negotiate with USA to grant Free Trade Agreement. If this agreement goes well, it might be a win-win game for both countries. However USA continues to export cows which have high possibility of mad cow disease. What do you think of USA's arbitrary and dogmatic attitude toward other countries?

PLZ leave me a reply.
It is OK, whether it is short or long..

THANKS!! :) Delete Comment

Hi, Rita!
I just wanted to thank you for the great opportunity you gave us by introducing us to those great teachers from all over the world.
To tell you the truth I was scared but then, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I know my English was poor but I really enjoyed it. I'll try to do it better next time... lol...
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, Maru, how come you got to know about it, I wonder...;-)
Yes, I was asked to carry out a report, for which I was sent a couple of weekly forms to complete with the online tasks and tools I used with my stds, as well as with personal observations/reflections.
It was a good experience.

Hi Rita!
I would like to know more about the project you handled for Manchester University, I am a Manchester former student. Could yo tell me more?
When I was doing my master degree there the computers were huge and I had to use punching cards to get my statistics analysis done, of course that was how computers were then :-)
